Our Purpose and Goals

At Angels for Brazil & Africa, we have multiple initiatives with one purpose: helping people in need among the inland Brazilian and African populations. Our humanitarian efforts are dedicated to the following:

* Delivery of charitable and educational relief to the very poor in remote areas of Brazil and Africa.
* Enable the poor to have opportunities and prepare them to capitalize on such opportunities so they become independent and changers of their own communities
* Occasionally provide disaster relief such as Covid
* Promotion of goodwill between the American, Brazilian, and African cultures for a kinder world.

We aim to address the impact of poverty on underserved Brazilian and African children and their families. Our organization does this by directly providing tangible and intangible charitable and educational resources to these communities.

Tangible:

* Providing basic necessities, such as clothes, shoes, and uniforms.
* Providing new school supplies and sports equipment.
* Providing health and hygiene-related items.
* Providing health care, including medical, visual, and dental.
* Micro loans for “tiny” businesses.

Intangible:

We assist the local underserved communities with the creation and maintenance of:

* Educational programs, financial literature, talent identification, and small business.
* Self-esteem programs for at-risk youth.
* Leadership development programs for teens to foster self-confidence and self-reliance.
* A cultural and educational program to promote goodwill between the United States, Brazil, and Africa
