About Kofi Vordzorgbe
Kofi is currently an MD/PhD student at Emory University, pursuing a career in neurology. During his six years at Emory, he has played a key role in organizing numerous fundraising initiatives and benefit concerts in support of local causes, working closely with community organizations to serve vulnerable populations in the Atlanta area. These efforts have included a service concert for a children’s hospital, fundraisers for reproductive justice, and initiatives aimed at improving access to affordable medical resources for underserved women.
Since joining our Board, Kofi has led and managed several successful free medical clinics serving impoverished communities in rural Ghana. In addition to his work in medicine and service, he is a gifted musician who has composed original pieces for the full range of orchestral instruments.
