18+ Years Empowering Underserved Communities
Assistance is based solely on financial need, regardless of background
Trusted by Donors. Measured by Lives Changed.
Angels for Brazil & Africa, previously known as Angels For Brazil, is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2007.
Our mission is to foster socioeconomic advancement in underprivileged communities across Brazil and Africa, with a strong focus on rural and remote areas. We achieve this by partnering with rigorously vetted local organizations—many with centuries of collective, on-the-ground experience in their regions. Through these partnerships, we carefully deploy grants supporting education, healthcare, job-skills training, and women’s entrepreneurship, including micro-loans that help women establish and sustain small businesses.
This locally led approach allows us to empower communities while promoting accountability, sustainability, and long-term economic resilience.
